Woodhill Sands Trust - update around our fees
Dear Rider-Owners
It has been five years since our riding community came together to purchase Woodhill Sands, and our fees have not changed during that time. It will however, come as no surprise that the increasing day to day costs we are all experiencing are being felt by your venue, and we therefore find ourselves needing to increase our fees. We have undertaken a number of improvements at the venue, such as the parking areas and new gates. We have many more projects in the pipeline with the new ablutions block project underway and planning for yard improvements. New equipment has also arrived to improve our arena surfaces, with the Arena Groomer already proving popular and a new side by side and tractor arriving to assist our team in providing the best possible facilities for you. Our Ground fee will not change, however we will be implementing a development levy which will be channelled into venue improvements.
Our new fees will be as follows:
Medic $12.50
Admin $12.50
Development Levy $10.00
Ground fee $18.00
We know that times are tough right now but our venue belongs to all of us, and every time you choose to spend your hard-earned money at Woodhill you are investing in a riding future for yourself and those that follow you.
NB: The new fee schedule will apply from 1st December, however for the avoidance of doubt, schedules that have already been released will not incur the fee increases.
