We are seeking new Trustees for Woodhill Sands Trust
The Woodhill Sands Trust is currently seeking new board members and a Chair of the Finance and Risk portfolio. The advert is now live through the website Appoint Better Boards and can be viewed here.
The Trust Board invites applications from suitably qualified individuals with a mix of experience and strengths who are willing to contribute to delivering the governance leadership for the development of Woodhill Sands into the home of equestrian sports. Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicants will have a demonstrated interest in equestrian or community sports, or a background in public facility management.
Experience in some of the following areas will be essential:
• Governance experience, particularly within community organisations, facility management responsibilities, supplemented by commercial and financial acumen
• Knowledge and interest in community-based sports and recreational activities
• Ability to work alongside others in a collegial and respectful way
• Demonstrated strategic ability and stakeholder management skills
• Qualified accounting or financial management candidates will be prioritised for our Finance and Risk position
